Your New Pool Is the Pool of Your DreamsWhen you are working on your new pool, you want to make sure you are building the pool of your dreams, but you do to make sure that you know what you want. You also need to know what is possible since the physics and your budget is going to play a part in what you are able to do. While you may be wanting to pull out all the stops and go for it, you should make sure that you understand what is possible and what is best for you and your family.
Visualize Your New PoolWhile saying you want something is fine, you need to make sure that you visualize and draw out any designs you think you want in your new pool. While you may not be a good artist, you can find someone that is, so you can see exactly how everything that you want is going to make your pool look. You may find that everything you want is going to overload your pool or you may find that you didn’t add enough to it so it looks a little naked. Whatever the result of the drawing, at least you are going to know what to expect.
Your Yard Will Have Its SayWhen you start talking about size and shape, your yard is going to have some say in what is possible. You need to think about the shape of your yard, its topography as well as your back porch and any landscaping you already have in place. If you have a lot of trees in one area, for example, you may not want to put your pool right near them unless of course, you love to skim your pool multiple times per day.
The Function of Your New PoolWhile you do want your new pool to look amazing, you also want to make sure that you think about the function of your new pool. If you have kids that you want to be able to play and keep in a shallow end, you can make sure you factor that in or if you want a water feature for the sound it gives you, make sure to put that into the plan too. If you are ready to get started with your new pool, make sure to give us a call. We have been in the pool industry for over 30 years and would be glad to help you create your dream swimming pool.
