Instead of taking chlorine tablets over to your erosion feed or chlorinator and stacking it to the top, you want to go easy on the chlorine tablets. You can use liquid chlorine for your pool instead of chlorine tablets because with liquid chlorine, you are not going to get all of the additives that you are going to get if you keep using the chlorine tablets in such high dosages.
Make sure that you test your pool to see that the chemicals in the water are at a proper balance. Some pool owners put chemicals into their North Georgia pool without even knowing what is already going on. That would be like coming into the kitchen in the middle of cooking a cake and start putting the ingredients needed in from the beginning even though they were done halfway. You are going to end up with too much of the ingredients and end up messing up the cake.
