Office Manager/Assistant

The nation’s largest and fastest-growing swimming pool builder has an immediate employment opportunity for an Office Manager.

We are seeking a detailed and organized individual to help in a fast-paced office environment with heavy phones, data entry and office tasks.

Qualified candidate must be a self-starter and able to multi-task. Candidate must also have organization and communication skills. We are a unique and supportive company culture that is second to none with a strong emphasis on core values and providing for our team and their families.

We are willing to train the right candidate.

Duties:

  • Must be a multitasker
  • Data entry
  • Office tasks
  • Answering/Rerouting phone calls
  • Computer knowledge required
  • Bookkeeping experience a plus
  • Working full-time (5 days per week)

Candidate must have reliable transportation and be willing to work in a drug-free environment.
