According to Curbed L.A., the lucky 27-year-old nabbed the luxury pool house back in 2014 for a price of $15.5 million. Living in in Hollywood Hills does not come cheap and with a swimming pool like this one it is clear why. Situated on a steep downward slope overlooking downtown Los Angeles at 1474 Blue Jay Way, the stunning house offers amazing views of the city, Santa Monica, and all the way to Catalina Island; all from the swimming pool. Designed with an obsession for comfort and relaxation, the pools and water feature creates the feeling of a luxury resort hovering over the city.

Built in 2008 by Brad Kuish, the 7,000-square foot residence offers the best living experience for savvy outdoor enthusiasts. It’s uniquely divided into two zones by a unique water wall that runs next to a driveway. Constructed as an ingress to the house, water from the wall runs into the ornamental pool and is then collected by a spa on the lower level. From the spa, water flows elegantly into the 75-foot lap pool which becomes a breathtaking infinity edge pool that blends seamlessly with the magnificent view of the city. With a swimming pool of this nature combined with the breathtaking night view of downtown Los Angeles (plus his incredible DJ skills), Avicii is bound to host epic pool parties at his mansion.
