Steel Frames
An important feature that differentiates Vita Spa from other spa brands is the use of steel frame sub-structures instead of wood. Water damage can cause a wooden frame to warp and rot. The steel used in the construction of the 900 and 700 series hot tubs has the highest strength to weight ratio of any building material that's available today and is zinc coated and highly rust resistant. Substantially more durable than wood, steel frames last longer and provide greater structural integrity.

Vita Spa wraps the entire shell — plumbing, pump, and equipment bay included — in a full-perimeter foam envelope rather than insulating the cabinet alone. That means less heat escapes on cold Central Valley nights and your heater runs less often to hold temperature, so operating costs stay predictable through every season.
