Custom Pool Building Services in Clinton, TN
A custom shotcrete pool gives you complete design freedom, from freeform shapes to clean geometric lines. Our Knoxville team plans each Clinton pool around slope, access, and the features you want most, then builds a durable reinforced concrete shell.
Spas, fire features, and outdoor living spaces are popular in East Tennessee.
Each of our fiberglass pool models is installed as a single pre-formed shell, so much of the construction time is cut out of the process. Clinton families choose fiberglass for its quick install, lower day-to-day maintenance, and durable gelcoat finish.
Gunite adapts well to sloped and rocky lots, while fiberglass offers a faster install where access allows.

Pool pricing in Clinton depends on the pool type, size, depth, decking, and the features you choose, as well as site conditions like access and excavation. Rather than quote a number without seeing your yard, we provide a detailed proposal after your design consultation.
Across the Knoxville service area, most inground pools take about 8–16 weeks from design approval to completion, depending on pool type and complexity, and fiberglass pools can install in as little as 4–6 weeks. Permit review for your Clinton address and weather can also affect timing.
Yes. A building permit is required, and electrical and plumbing work is inspected as well. We coordinate the paperwork and inspection scheduling with a municipal building department or Anderson County so you don’t have to.
A heater can add weeks of swimming on both ends of the season in the valley and foothills. We design every pool with these conditions in mind.
If your Clinton neighborhood has a homeowners association, you’ll likely need its approval in addition to the city or county permit. HOAs may regulate pool placement, fencing, equipment location, and decking. We can provide plans and drawings for your submission.
We start by visiting your Clinton property to look at the layout, access, slope, and any utilities, septic, or easements. Then we talk through how you plan to use the pool, your budget, and the features you want, and prepare a design and proposal.
