There’s no single price for a pool in China Spring because every yard and design is different. Each pool type comes with a different cost structure, and features like spas and outdoor kitchens add to the scope. Call (254) 294-4459 to schedule a consultation and get pricing for your project.
Across the Waco service area, most inground pools take about 8–16 weeks from design approval to completion, depending on pool type and complexity, and fiberglass pools can install in as little as 4–6 weeks. Your exact schedule depends on your design and local permit review.
Permits are required for inground pools in China Spring. Your application goes to a municipal building department or McLennan County depending on where you live, and HOA approval may be needed separately. We take care of the submissions and inspections as part of the project.
Weather in Central Texas can swing from drought to heavy rain quickly, so drainage and deck design are part of every plan. We factor that into equipment, finish, and feature recommendations.
Many neighborhoods require HOA approval before construction begins, and it’s a separate process from the government permit. Starting early helps avoid delays, and we can supply the plans your HOA asks for.
We start by visiting your China Spring property to look at the layout, access, slope, and any utilities, septic, or easements. Then we talk through how you plan to use the pool, your budget, and the features you want, and prepare a design and proposal.
