Aaron Gurley, President of Premier Franchise Management has chosen George and Betsy Berre as Premier’s swimming pool builders in Wichita Falls, and Fernando Galindo & Oscar J. Trevino as the new pool builders in Laredo.

The Berre Family
George and Betsy Berre have worked in landscaping design and construction for over a decade. Working alongside pool builders, they understand the high level of workmanship and customer service required to be successful in the swimming pool industry.
George was born in Wichita Falls and after working in Dallas as a teacher and soccer coach, he moved back to Wichita with Betsy and their family. George started a business in designing synthetic grass projects, which quickly led to fence building, outdoor kitchen construction, and gunite pool building.
When asked why they chose to open a Premier Pools & Spas franchise, George said, “PPAS has over 40 years of experience, with incredible buying power from top vendors in the industry” and “Premier understands what’s at stake; clients’ dreams for their families”.
George stated, “My absolute favorite aspect of building a pool is getting to see the look on the kids’ faces once they realize it’s time to cannonball into their very own backyard oasis”.
Laredo, TX | Owners: Fernando Galindo and Oscar Trevino
The Galindo Family
Fernando Galindo and his partner, Oscar Trevino, have teamed up as Premier franchise owners in Laredo.
Fernando has an entrepreneurial background in multiple industries including transportation, importing/exporting, real estate, and daycare. He is a graduate of A&M University, where he obtained a degree in business. Fernando stated, “The pool business is new to me, but I know Premier will help me all the way. I look forward to learning from the best.”
Fernando knows Laredo well, having grown up in the area. He and his wife, Tania, reside in the community with their two children. His dedication to customer service, combined with his positive attitude and energy, will provide Laredo’s future pool owners with outstanding service.
Oscar Trevino joins Premier with a business ownership background. Oscar owned two companies in Laredo, one is in transportation and the other is customs clearance. When asked why he and Fernando chose Premier, he replied “we have a great opportunity in Laredo and we know we can be great partners in the pool industry and be the best option in our area.” He added that he is excited to see the happiness and satisfaction of Premier Laredo’s future customers.
