How much does an inground pool cost?

One of the first things people ask when they talk to us is, “How much is this going to cost me?” Several factors determine the inground pool cost, and those factors will typically be determined by you.

Although pool prices will vary from region to region, a typical base pool price starts around $20,000 – $28,000. This would cover a freeform, geometric, or classic-style pool with no spa attached. If you live in an area that has hard, rocky or sloping terrain, there may be additional excavation costs. But other than that, a typical pool like the one you see below (no spa, no special features) is a fairly fixed cost.
