Englewood Pool Building services
Custom Pool Building Services in Englewood, CO
Gunite construction combines steel reinforcement with sprayed concrete to create one of the most durable pool types available, and the interior can be resurfaced over time to refresh the finish. It’s a strong choice for Englewood families who want a long-lasting pool designed entirely around their property. You can read more on our custom gunite pools page.
Fiberglass installs quickly during Colorado’s building season, while gunite offers complete design flexibility. Ask about these options when you schedule your design consultation.
Each of our fiberglass pool options is installed as a single pre-formed shell, so much of the construction time is cut out of the process. Englewood families choose fiberglass for its quick install, lower day-to-day maintenance, and durable gelcoat finish.
Heaters, spas, and automatic covers are popular across the Front Range.

Englewood FAQs
Frequently Asked Questions
Common questions from Englewood homeowners about building a custom inground pool with Premier Pools & Spas.
Several factors shape the investment: the pool material, overall size, decking and finishes, added features, and how easy it is to access and excavate your Englewood yard. We walk you through each of these during your consultation so the proposal reflects exactly what you want.
Across the Denver South service area, most inground pools take about 8–16 weeks from design approval to completion, depending on pool type and complexity, and fiberglass pools can install in as little as 4–6 weeks. Your exact schedule depends on your design and local permit review.
Permits are required for inground pools in Englewood. Your application goes to a municipal building department or Arapahoe County depending on where you live, and HOA approval may be needed separately. We take care of the submissions and inspections as part of the project.
If your Englewood neighborhood has a homeowners association, you’ll likely need its approval in addition to the city or county permit. HOAs may regulate pool placement, fencing, equipment location, and decking. We can provide plans and drawings for your submission.
Getting started is simple: call (303) 865-7990 to schedule a consultation. A designer will review your yard and goals, suggest pool types and features that fit, and follow up with a design and written proposal.
Expansive clay soils are found in parts of the Front Range, and structural design needs to account for soil movement. We identify these conditions during the site visit so the design and proposal account for them.
