Gunite construction combines steel reinforcement with sprayed concrete to create one of the most durable pool types available, and the interior can be resurfaced over time to refresh the finish. It’s a strong choice for Saint Johns families who want a long-lasting pool designed entirely around their property. You can read more on our gunite pool options page.
Both gunite and fiberglass perform well in Florida’s sandy soil when installed properly; the decision usually comes down to design preference and budget.
Fiberglass pools are manufactured off site and delivered ready to set, which reduces time on site and gets Saint Johns families into the water faster. You can still personalize the pool with water features, lighting, and fire features around the deck.
Sun shelves, spas, and saltwater systems are common choices for Florida homeowners. We’ll review the options with you during your site visit.
