Gunite is what we build most in Temecula, Murrieta, and the surrounding valley. It handles slopes, custom shapes, and the rock features people ask for most here, like raised bond beam waterfalls and man-made grottos. Add a spa, and most projects run around $100,000 depending on size and site conditions.

Fiberglass works fine here too, though it runs $15,000 to $25,000 more than gunite in this market mostly due to shipping and crane costs to get the shell in. We’ll walk you through both options honestly during your consultation.

Southern California has a century-long tradition of building elaborate water features, and it shows in what our Temecula clients ask for.

Raised bond beam waterfalls are one of the most requested additions, along with man-made rock grottos and slides for a more dramatic backyard feel. These features run $15,000 to $50,000 depending on complexity, with simpler additions like a raised wall with a sheer descent starting around $3,000 to $10,000.
