Backyard swimming pools in Redding are great and convenient in their own way; however, there’s something about resort pools that make them especially appealing and inspiring! Dream big and check out some of these awesome resort pools. Who knows, you may just get inspired to build your very own in Redding!
Why Redding Loves California Resort Pools
Resorts in California are known for their ability to provide both residents and tourists with a sense of luxury that is often combined with a laid back lifestyle. If you’re in Redding or the general California area then you most don’t have a shortage of great resort pools to choose from. However, if you’re picky (like us here at the Redding Premier Pools & Spas office) or just want to know what we think, then here are a couple of the resort pools that we love in California!
Westin Mission Hills Golf Resort & Spa
With three gorgeous resort pools the Westin Mission Hills Golf Resort & Spa has something for everyone. The La Paloma is a quiet swimming pool that has shady cabanas and a secluded bar area.
The Las Hadas pool is a little livelier that features its very own private spa and a bar. This resort pool is strictly adult only (18+), the perfect place to have fun with other adults or get intimate with your significant other.
The largest pool, Las Brisas, is the most energetic water area; with a 75 ft. waterslide, two bubbling spas, and multiple cabanas.
LEGOLAND Resort Pools And Water Park
With over ten million gallons of aquatic fun areas, LEGOLAND has one of the most exciting water parks in California. LEGOLAND is the perfect place for kids of all ages (and adults who are kids at heart) who want to have creative water filled fun in amazing resort pools.
The Build-A-Raft River is perfect for creative minds. Here kids and their parents can build their very own LEGO rafts before riding them down stream. The DUPLO Splash Safari has resort pools and water fun areas that are perfect for young kids and toddlers. While the slides and water features may be smaller than the ones that the big kids are playing on, this area is still just as fun.
The DUPLO Splash Safari especially aimed at kids that are 6 years old or younger but adult supervision is mandatory. The interactive Splash Zoo is another water themed area that is targeted towards younger kids that are between the ages of 1 and 3. The Splash Zoo not only features large DUPLO animals that can be interacted with, it also consists of a teeter totter, spray pads, and numerous fountains.
The Imagination Station and Eglor’s Build-A-Boat area are where you and your family can have fun while being creative. Design and build your very own personalized LEGO boat at Eglor’s Build-A-Boat, then race it past intricate LEGO scenery as winding turns and roaring waves carry your vessel to the finish. The Imagination Station gives you the ability to dive right in to the water with DUPLO bricks. Make simple dams or bridges or get even more creative and create entire towns and cities, you can build whatever you want in these shallow resort pools.
